In this course, you will be armed with the knowledge of how to use SGS Smart and SIO (SGS Inspection Onsite) system to conduct Walmart Domestic inspections.
- SGS SMART will be used for for booking receiving, skip disposal, task assign etc. For self-inspection, you will need to use SGS Smart to create the booking and assign to SIO.
- SIO (SGS Inspection On-Site) web will be used for report editing.

SIO is a web-based platform that replaces traditional Word reports with enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Please carefully read through the complete training material, paying special attention to the system requirements, step-by-step processes, and critical do's and don'ts. When you're done, take the knowledge check to reinforce your learning.
